Nine Men's Morris is a game built around simplicity.

For MELIA, that simplicity made it a natural addition to our Timeless Classics collection.

Rather than enclosing the game inside a conventional rigid board, we applied the same philosophy that defines our travel games: transform the playing surface into something tactile, compact and effortless to carry.

The result is a full-size leather playing surface that rolls into a remarkably small format once the game is finished.

The playing surface is handcrafted from premium full-grain Floater leather.

Its subtle natural grain gives the board a refined tactile character while remaining soft and flexible enough for the roll-up construction.

The geometric Nine Men's Morris board is applied precisely to the leather surface, creating a clean contrast against the deep black leather.

Rather than making the board unnecessarily decorative, the design deliberately remains restrained.

The game itself stays at the centre.

Wooden Playing Pieces

The tactile experience continues with the playing pieces.

Light and dark wooden counters provide immediate visual distinction between the two players and complement the leather board with a natural material contrast.
